:: All the equipment will be used for purposes that it was produced for.

:: Lessee will not ride down any difficult passages or weirs that would damage rented equipment.

:: If Lessee does not return or damages rented equipment, lessee is obliged to pay in 14 days amount according to the given tariff provided by the renter.

:: Lessee is obliged to pay refund deposit of 500,- Kc, prior to the renting of the equipment.

:: In the case of damages of the rented equipment, lessee is obliged to pay renter the amount that renter will determine after the return of the rented equipment.

:: Lessee is obliged to sign agreement of renting the equipment with renter.
